Suzanne Gales

Suzanne Gales has over twenty years of successful experience in strategic planning, managed care contracting, operations analysis, marketing and public relations with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, managed care plans, schools, service organizations and professional associations.

Suzanne has held top level executive positions with both not-for-profit and for-profit hospital systems. She specializes in:

• analyzing the business environment,
• developing and implementing successful business plans,
• conducting community health needs research and assessments,
• gaining Certificate of Need approval for major capital projects,
• evaluating fee schedules and negotiating managed care contracts, and
• auditing existing managed care contracts

Ms. Gales earned both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin.
